Prime Minister Dorin Recean has paid a visit to the Vilador farm. There the Prisacari family raises 250 goats and runs a dairy factory. Part of the agro-tourism complex is also a guesthouse, which will be able to accommodate tourists starting from May.
The business was started ten years ago, when the owner of the farm, Viorel Prisacari, after a career in the military, at retirement age, returned to his native village.
To develop and expand the business, the entrepreneur has received support from several government projects, including European funds. The equipment was bought through state subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
The Prime Minister noted that as the European integration process moved forward, businessmen would have access to more and more resources for development.
“I invite business people to make use of the funding opportunities offered by the Government and I am glad that you are taking advantage of these opportunities. We are also seeing the results of the governmental programs European Village, 373, supporting small and medium enterprises, and we have more than 1000 concrete projects active in the villages and cities of the country”, Recean said.
The Prime Minister also toured the guesthouse, which had 12 beds and would open its doors to tourists in May. (Moldpres)
