The Railway of Moldova state enterprise (CFM) on January 29 informed that the enterprise’s director general, Oleg Tofilat, had submitted the application on resignation to the founder, the Public Property Agency (APP).
“Till the appointment of a successor, Mr. Tofilat will continue exercising his duties, in order to ensure the normal operational work of the enterprise,” CFM specified.
Oleg Tofilat was appointed head of the Railway of Moldova state enterprise in 2021, after he had been nominated winner of the contest for holding the vacant position of CFM’s manager. Earlier, Tofilat has held the office of prime minister’s adviser in the field of transports and infrastructure. He worked as international expert in transports and public administration, acted as head of the internal audit service at the Transports and Infrastructure Ministry and in 2015 he was promoted to the position of state secretary.
