Wizz Air returns to Moldova. The low-cost company informs that, starting from December, it will launch flights on the Chisinau-Rome, Chisinau-Milan and Chisinau-London routes. Prime Minister Dorin Recean made statements to this effect on November 16.
The official noted that “the returning of Wizz Air to Moldova is a result of the constant efforts, in order to provide new international connections for all citizens and stimulate the economic development”.
“Moldova is a safe and attractive destination. In the last two months alone, new air companies started operating at the Chisinau International Airport with new flights to Tel Aviv, Athens and Baku. Also, the companies which already work on the Moldovan market supplied their flights and bid more and more advantageous prices for passengers. We become more connected with the European cities and we continue providing new flights necessary for our citizens,” PM Dorin Recean said.
