Since August 2022 to the present day, Ukraine has received 22 cargoes of energy equipment as humanitarian aid from France with a total weight of 183 tons. The equipment includes generators of various capacities, circuit breakers, workwear, disconnectors, lighting equipment, chemicals, and gas equipment required for repair work.
For example, in March, 1,389 convectors and 11 generators were delivered from a French NGO, Electriciens sans frontieres.
“We are grateful to France for helping Ukraine’s energy sector. This equipment is being used for the fastest possible restoration of electricity and gas supply to thousands of Ukrainian families. This is a contribution of our French partners not only to the restoration of the Ukrainian energy system, but also to the energy security of Europe,” said Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko.
