Poland’s average corporate gross monthly wage rose by 13.6% YoY, to PLN 7,065.56 (EUR 1,501) in February, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) reported.
In monthly terms, the average wage went up by 0.6%.
Economists polled by PAP expected a 12% annual increase in the corporate wage in February and a 1.1% rise from January.
February’s corporate employment increased by 0.8% YoY and fell by 0.1% MoM.
