The Air Moldova air company on October 31 made the first flight between Moldova and Poland.
According to the company, the aircraft for the first time landed at the Modlin International Airport, where the inauguration event took place.
“The launch of flights to Warsaw comes as a response to the demand of the local market and the one of Ukraine. The new destination will give passengers possibility to travel with more comfort to Poland and Moldova, as well as between Poland and the countries of Caucasus region, Georgia and Armenia,” an Air Moldova press release reads.
The Air Moldova Company makes flights to and from 17 destinations: Tbilisi, Yerevan, Leipzig, Warsaw, Prague, Paris, Dublin, Bologna, Dusseldorf, Rome, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Lisbon, Milan, London, Tel Aviv and Verona. (Moldpres/Business World Magazine)
