Over 670 citizens of Ukraine have been employed in Moldova.
According to the National Employment Agency (ANOFM), most Ukrainian citizens are employed in Chisinau – 499. As many as 518 out of all employees are women and 152 are men.
Thus, the citizens of Ukraine were employed in the following professions: programmer, engineer, tailor, seller, seller-consultant, cook, barman, physician, educator, subassembly mounter, nurse, production sector operator, customer service agent, manager in diverse sectors, as well as data introduction operator.
In all, 140 employers announced 2,197 vacant jobs for Ukrainian citizens. At the same time, 370 refugees were registered at ANOFM territorial subdivisions, in order to get support for employment.
ANOFM provides citizens of Ukraine registered in record books with more free of charge services: information on vacant jobs, contact data of employers, guiding and support for employment.
According to the Interior Ministry, presently, over 75,000 citizens of Ukraine are in Moldova. (Moldpres/Business World Magazine)
