In 2022, Ukraine expects to harvest about 52 million tons of grain crops and 13-15 million tons of oilseed crops.
The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian Agrarian Policy and Food First Deputy Minister Taras Vysotskyi at a press conference.
“Currently, we expect this year’s yield of grain crops to reach 52 million tons and oilseed crops – about 13-15 million tons,” Vysotskyi said.
In his words, these are not hard numbers, as it is impossible to predict this year’s yield of corn at the moment. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
