The Government abolished measures of state control and market surveillance during martial law.
From now on, both scheduled and unscheduled business inspections are halted. This will ensure the stable operation of enterprises under martial law.
At the same time, if there is a threat to human rights, legitimate interests, life and health, protection of the environment, state security, ministries may resume unscheduled inspections in certain areas, including preventing uncontrolled rising prices for goods of significant social importance.
Price control will help curb rising prices for socially significant products, such as fuel and bread, ensuring their availability to the public. (Government portal/Business World Magazine)
