Romania allows the transportation of Moldovan containers of goods through the Constanta Port, without special authorizations. Deputy Prime Minister, Infrastructure and Regional Development Minister Andrei Spinu has said.
“In the wake of the situation in Ukraine, more containers with destination of Moldova, which were to reach Ukrainian ports, were redirected to the Constanta port. To ensure the delivery of these goods to destination points, I asked the Transports and Infrastructure Ministry of Romania to take over these containers from the Constanta port, including their transportation without the special needed authorizations,” the official said.
