The Ukrainian Ministry of Finance raised UAH 6.66 billion to the state budget at an auction for the placement of domestic government bonds, according to the ministry’s press service.
“On November 2, at auctions for the placement of domestic government bonds, the Finance Ministry offered investors six issues of securities in the national currency. Overall, UAH 6.660 billion was attracted to the state budget from the placement of securities,” according to the report posted on the ministry’s Facebook page.
The average weighted yield of 6-month bonds was 10.50%, 1-year bonds – 11.50%, 1.5-year bonds – 11.57%, 2-year bonds – 12.47%, 3-year bonds – 12.70% and 5-year bonds – 12.75%. 6-month and 3-year bonds were the most in demand. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
