According to the Committee on Statistics at Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the country increased the export of sunflower meal to 64 thousand tons over the 10 months of 2019-2020 MY, 2-fold YoY.
Particularly, the export of sunflower meal to Uzbekistan (the key importer) almost tripled to 30 thousand tons.
The supplies of the product to China reached 16 thousand tons (up almost 6-fold) and to Tajikistan – 13 thousand tons (up by 45%). (APK-Inform/Business World Magazine)
