The volume of hryvnia deposits in Ukrainian banks in November grew by 1.1%, to UAH 582.789 billion, and those in foreign currency (in dollar terms) – by 1.7%, to $16.060 billion, the National Bank of Ukraine reported.
Since year-start the volume of hryvnia deposits has increased by 7.9%, and foreign currency – by 20.2%. Hryvnia loan balances increased by 0.2% in November and by 1.6% Ytd, to UAH 620.629 billion.
The foreign currency loan balances decreased by 0.2% in November and by 6.4% from the beginning of the year, to $15.524 billion. (UNIAN/Business World Magazine)
