The Ukrainian government will allocate about UAH 480 million for the proper functioning of the new Customs Service and its infrastructure, Head of the State Customs Service Maksym Nefyodov stated at a press conference dedicated to the launch of the new Customs Service.
“We are working within the current budget. About UAH 480 million is envisaged in the new budget. These are the funds that will be spent on the reconstruction and completion of 12 checkpoints, bringing scanners into operation, and purchasing weighing complexes,” said Nefyodov.
