Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport serviced 227.4 thousand passengers in June, up by 30.8% YoY, according to a report posted on the airport’s official Facebook page.
In June the number of passengers serviced on international flights totaled 208.8 thousand (+34.9%), and on domestic flights – 18.6 thousand (-2.1%).
The number of flights over the reporting month totaled 1,798 (1,591 international and 207 domestic flights), up by 13.1%.
In the first quarter the total passenger flow of the airport reached 949.7 thousand passengers, up by 45.8% YoY. In particular, 856.6 thousand passengers used international flights (+53.8%), while 93.1 thousand passengers used domestic flights (-1.4%).
The number of flights made up 8,618 in the first quarter, up by 25.3%. These flights included 7,389 international flights (+30.8%) and 1,229 domestic flights (-0.2%). (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
