In January-March, the alcohol industry enterprises of Kyrgyzstan produced 877,400 dals of alcohol with a plan of 633,240 dals (1 dal – 10 liters), the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Industry and Land Reclamation reported.
According to it, the plan was over-fulfilled by 38.56%, or by 244,160 dals.
Since the beginning of the year, 203 licenses for production and turnover (storage for sale, wholesale and retail sales) of alcoholic beverages have been issued.
“There were 45 enterprises in the industry, including five distilling plants, six vodka distilling plants, 15 breweries and 19 wineries. Licensing commission suspended the license of Gold Wine Alkoplus LLC (Calvados, wine, brandy),” the message says. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
