The government of Ukraine has a clear action plan for the next year, in which certain priorities have been set already.
“We clearly define the priorities for 2019. The first priority is economic growth,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said at the Partnership for Development Forum.
According to him, the government will focus on the improvement of business climate, management and privatization of a number of state-owned companies.
“The third priority is the development of Ukrainian infrastructure, and the fourth one is a full-fledged reform of the energy sector,” the head of government stressed.
Moreover, the Cabinet of Ministers will continue decentralization and the civil service reforms.
“We are restarting the entire public administration system, and this priority remains unchanged,” he stressed.
The priority tasks include improving the quality of life of people, which requires investment in the development of human capital, continuation of education and health care reforms, Groysman said.
“The security and defense of the state is an undoubted priority,” he said. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
