Ukrainian banks in the first half of 2018 reduced the number of operating structural divisions by 361, to 9,128 as of July 1, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
According to the data published on the regulator’s website, the largest number of branches during the period under review was shut down by state-owned banks, Oschadbank (225) and Privatbank (135). (UNIAN/Business World Magazine)
