Almost 400 schools have been built in Kyrgyzstan in 7 years.
A new program for the construction of new schools instead of emergency facilities was started, thanks to which the growth rate of the number of the commissioned facilities doubled.
An extensive program was also launched to overhaul the buildings of emergency schools. Over the past 7 years, the country has completed the overhaul of 287 school buildings.
As of the beginning of 2017, there were 2,236 full-time general education schools in the country, at which 1,175,800 students studied. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
