Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says that Ukraine and Lithuania may achieve a mutual trader turnover of $1 billion a year.
He stated this at a meeting with Viktoras Pranckietis, Speaker of the Seimas of the Lithuanian Republic, in Kyiv on August 31.
“The level of bilateral trade is quite high. We’d like to set the goal of reaching $1 billion of annual trade between our countries, which is absolutely possible,” said Groysman
The Republic of Lithuania is the largest trade partner of Ukraine among the Baltic States. Over the first six months of 2017, the trade turnover reached $432.6 million, of which exports totaled $185.1 million and imports – $247.5 million. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
