According to her, it is not the maximum effect that Ukraine would receive. In particular, the preferences will cover fertilizers, some grain crops, honey, etc.
The head of trade and economic section at the EU delegation in Ukraine Nicholas Burge noted that to date countries of the European Union and the European Parliament were discussing the further approval of the regulations for provision of additional quotas to Ukraine.
According to him, the European officials will make the reporting decision in several months. Burge added that the EU still did not provide the maximum trade preferences to Ukraine due to concern for domestic European producers, who had losses due to the ban on supplying of certain EU goods to Russia.
