The Belarusian-Turkish business council will sit in Minsk in 2017. The matter was discussed at the meeting between Belarus’ Consul General in Istanbul Vladimir Mironovich and Chairman of the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey Omer Cihad Vardan, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
The parties reached an agreement to hold the next meeting of the Belarusian-Turkish business council in Minsk in 2017.
The parties also discussed the prospects of expanding bilateral economic cooperation, including possible participation of Turkish companies in the implementation of investment projects in Belarus in the industry, production of car parts, woodworking and furniture production, food industry and other areas.
