Floor retail and wholesale prices of vodka will be increased by 27.1% and 27.86%, to 348.9 UAH and 225 UAH per liter of 100% ABV.
According to government resolution No. 828 dated November 9, the wholesale price of three-star cognac will be increased from 269.33 UAH per liter of 100% ABV to 336.22 UAH, retail price – from 420 UAH to 534.5 UAH, that for four-star cognac – from 285.26 UAH to 352.24 UAH and from 445 UAH to 549.5 UAH respectively and five-star cognac – from 301.28 UAH to 384.29 UAH and from 470 UAH to 599.5 UAH.
Floor retail prices of natural wine will be increased by 22%, to 33 UAH per 0.7-liter bottle, fortified wine and vermouths – by 55.6%, to 42 UAH and sparkling wine – by 40%, to 69.9 UAH.
The present floor prices were introduced in September 2015. Their level does not meet the real spending of companies on alcohol production and sales. Since 2016, the excise duties, spirit prices and other elements have grown.
