Belarus increased truck exports 27.8% YoY in January-September to 3,843 units, Belstat said in a statistical report.
In value terms, truck exports grew by 5.4% YoY to $458.717 million; including truck exports to Russia – 2,890 units (up by 47.9%) worth $359.537 million (up by 9.7%).
Truck imports in value terms grew by 6% in January-September to $66.024 million (1,948 units).
Tractor exports reduced by 2.6% to 22,041 units, including exports to Russia – 8,646 units (down by 17.8%) worth $121.279 million (down by 15.1%).
Tractor imports reduced by 50.2% to $7.531 million (4,954 units, down by 42%).
Exports of harvesting machinery and equipment grew by 31.4% in January-September to $121.337 million (16,003 units, up by 57.6%).
Imports of harvesting machinery and equipment fell by 36.6% to $12.83 million (25,098 units, down by 4.2%). (Prime-TASS/Business World Magazine)
