Kyrgyzstan occupies the last place among EEU countries in Doing Business 2017. World Bank’s report was published the day before.
Kazakhstan has the best indices among the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. It occupies 35th place with 75.09 points.
Kazakhstan is among the countries that have achieved the greatest success in the field of business management and most of all improved their rates in the index.
Belarus takes 37th place (74.13 points), Armenia – 38th (73.63 points) and Russia – 40th (73.19 points).
In the rating, Kyrgyzstan is behind its EEU colleagues by 35 positions. The country is ranked 75th out of 190.
Kyrgyzstan’s neighbors in the index are South Africa (65.2 points) and Malta (65.01 points). As for CIS countries, Azerbaijan has the best position – 65th place with 67.99 points.
The worst of the post-Soviet countries is Uzbekistan (87th place with 63.03 points) and Tajikistan (128th place with 55.34 points). Turkmenistan is not represented. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
