As of October 1, the registered carry-over stocks of oilseeds in Kazakhstan totaled 562.4 thousand tons, including nearly 72 thousand tons in farming households, the Statistics Committee at the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported.
In particular, sunflower seed stocks totaled 70.6 thousand tons, flaxseed – 243.4 thousand tons, soybeans – 25.4 thousand tons, rapeseed – 174.4 thousand tons, mustard seed – 6.4 thousand tons, safflower seed – 26.2 thousand tons, and camelina seed – 3.8 thousand tons.
