Regulation of prices for bread in Ukraine leads to the minimum marginality of bakeries work, the General Director and Chairman of the Board at the association Ukrhlibprom Alexander Vasilchenko declared.
He informed that the ratio of prices for flour and bread in Ukraine totals 0.3 EUR/kg and 0.35 EUR/kg respectively, whereas in Poland the flour price totals 0.53 EUR/kg, bread – 0.95 EUR/kg; in the Czech Republic – 0.48 EUR/kg and 1.1 EUR/kg; in Estonia – 0.65 EUR/kg and 1.5 EUR/kg respectively.
