Egypt is interested in setting up manufacturing enterprises together with Belarus. The relevant possibilities were discussed during the latest meeting of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Egypt Sergei Rachkov and Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs Ihab Nasr, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
During the meeting the sides discussed the state and prospects of advancing Belarusian-Egyptian relations. Close attention was paid to expanding cooperation in trade, manufacturing cooperation, agriculture, and the implementation of healthcare and pharmaceutics projects.
The Egyptian side expressed interest in setting up joint ventures to make consumer goods in new economic zones in Egypt. (BelTA/Business World Magazine)
