ASB Leasing Ltd, the leasing arm of OAO Belarusbank, has reduced the interest rate for lease purchases of dwellings by individuals by 4% to 21% per annum.
Apartments and single-family houses can be purchased on a lease scheme with a maximum period of 15 years. A down payment is required to cover at least 20% of the total value of the dwelling.
ASB Leasing’s lease purchase schemes allow for early repayment.
