The head of the Holding Aibek Kaliev reported on the bids for the purchase of fuel during a conference call on the preparation for the heating period.
According to him, tender for the purchase of Kara-Keche coal did not take place, as an affiliated company had been involved. In addition, participants presented forged documents.
Deputy Abtandil Kulbarakov, being a member of the tender commission, has filed an application of his company Demilge Plus LTD for participation in the tender, that is a gross violation of the public procurement law.
