Reconstruction of overpass, passing Tarraqiyot street, will be completed soon in Tashkent, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari (Uzbekistan Railways) said in a statement.
The company said that soon new overpass would be commissioned for exploitation.

It is also planned to launch railway overpass, which is located near. The company said that overpass and reconstructed Tarraqiyot street would open in August.
Construction works started due to removal of tram lines and to optimize traffic, as well as connect Tarraqiyot street with new constructed street, which links with Akhangaran highway.
Three line railroads will be replaced with two lines. The automobile roads will have six-lanes, or three lanes in each direction. This will help to increase the capacity of the road.
The constructers also completed reconstruction of existing sidewalks, passing under the overpass on the Taraqqiyot street. (UzDaily/Business World Magazine)
