Joint-stock commercial bank “Uzpromstroybank” is one of the largest financial institutions of the Republic. The bank serves more than one million legal entities and individuals, providing them with various types of banking services. The bank also pays significant attention to the financial support of small business and private entrepreneurship entities.
Over the first half of the current year, Uzpromstroybank allocated loans in the amount of 571 billion soums to 2096 small business entities, up 1.3 times YoY. In particular, the amount of microcredits allocated to 1385 entrepreneurs amounted to 58 billion soums, having increased by 32% compared to the same period last year. Due to the loans allocated to entrepreneurs, 1640 new jobs were created. Loans are provided in all branches of the Bank, including Chilanzar branch.
“In the first half of this year, loans allocated by Chilanzar branch of Uzpromstroybank amounted to 44 billion soums. Their major share accounts for loans allocated to small business and private entrepreneurship entities in the amount of 30.1 billion soums. 29 billion soums were channeled towards the service sector. Towards the development of women’s entrepreneurship, the bank allocated 1.1 billion soums. Additional 302 million soums were channeled to graduates of professional colleges to start a business, whereby many young people were provided with jobs. 49 new jobs were created in total, in the first half of 2016, due to the loans allocated by the branch”, said the expert of Department of credit operations of Chilanzar branch of JSCB “Uzpromstroybank” Nilufar Kuvandikova.
