The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) plans to sign a memorandum on cooperation in the agriculture sector with a Turkish company, CEO Kirill Dmitriev said.
“We’re in talks with a company that is willing to jointly invest in Russia’s agricultural sector, and we’re also planning to sign a memorandum”, he said, adding that the two companies see “a serious interest of major Turkish companies to invest in Russia”.
According to Dmitriev, the two countries may invest “hundreds millions of dollars” in joint investment project within one year, and “up to one billion dollars” within two years. (TASS/Business World Magazine)
