In the first half of 2016, the passenger flow of Yamal Airlines decreased by 8.3% YoY, to 534,357, Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency informed.
The passenger turnover fell by 17%, to 981.631 million passenger-kilometers, the passenger load factor dropped by 8.6%, to 61.4%. Cargo and mail handling grew by 8%, to 1.176 thousand tons.
JSC Yamal Airlines was established in 1997. Now Yamal Airlines is the principal air carrier in Yamalo-Nenets autonomous area and Tyumen region flying to cities located in the region and beyond, it provides its customers with a whole package of passenger transport services.
