The Kerch Strait ferry line on August 1-7, transported 74,000 cars, 9,000 trucks and 333,000 passengers, the Russian Transport Ministry said.
Passenger traffic on the line increased by 28% from the seven-month period in 2015, the number of transported passenger cars – by 27%, of trucks – by 65%.
In the reporting period 37,254 passengers traveled on the Kerch Strait line ferries using ‘single’ tickets, up by 11% YoY. There have been 358,621 single tickets issued (August 8 – September 26), up by 16% YoY. (Portnews/Business World Magazine)
