By 2020, the Russian agro-industrial complex will have received nearly 1 trillion RUR of investments for further development, the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev declared.
According to him, it is necessary to discuss all ambitious plans for the following 20 years now, because all market participants have to understand the vector of development of the industry and make further plans.
In addition, the Ministry aims to change the agricultural policy of the country from imports to export orientation which proposes a great opportunity not only for agriculture, but also rather dynamic development of the economy as a whole.
