Diesel locomotive worth 46.11 million soms is planned to be purchased for Bishkek HPP. Tender announcement has been placed on the public procurement portal.
Tender participants must submit a certificate of absence of tax debts and social benefits, the company’s charter, as well as evidence of at least one similar contract worth 40 million soms.
Opening of tenders is scheduled for July 27. They will be evaluated by bringing all proposals to a common denominator (VAT, customs duties, exchange rate on the day of the bid opening at the official rate of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in order to create equal and fair conditions for all suppliers).
