In February Belarus’ gold and foreign currency reserves rose by $37.3 million (by 0.7%), if calculated in accordance with methods of the International Monetary Fund, to $5.022 billion as of March 1, according to the Information and PR Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
In February the country’s gold and foreign currency reserves rose following the January growth by $57.8 million (by 1.2%). The growth from the start of the year made up $95.1 million (by 1.9%). (BelTA/Business World Magazine)
