In H1 2016 financing of labor protection measures of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (SP SPb, part of UCL Holding) amounted to 14.3 million rubles.
Major part of the funds SP SPb transferred for reimbursement payments for work, which was considered in accordance with requirements of Labor legislation of RF and provisions of Collective Bargaining Agreement as hazardous. In particular the expenses for additional payment to employees involved in such work amounted to 6.2 million rubles, payments for additional vacations amounted to 2.2 million rubles, reimbursement payments for milk products amounted to 0.4 million rubles.
2.5 million rubles were transferred by the company for medical services for its employees including medical examinations, 2.4 million rubles were transferred for renewal of individual protection means.
0.4 million rubles were expenses for inspection of special evaluation of working places in accordance with the Federal Law Nr. 426 “On Special Evaluation of Labor Conditions”.
0.2 million rubles were transferred for training of employees on labor safety rules within the requirements of Ministry of Labor and Social Development and Ministry of Education.
In order to ensure safety of life and health of the personnel prior to any operations special instructions on labor protection are given on every day basis. Preventative measures related to violation of labor protection rules and injury rate are also taken twenty-four-seven.
