Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan has met with the newly appointed French Ambassador Florian Escudie, discussing opportunities to develop the strategic partnership and trade and economic cooperation.
The two also exchanged views on opportunities to expand the presence of France-backed companies in Armenia’s economy.
The deputy prime minister welcomed and congratulated the ambassador on his appointment, wishing him success in his important work.
Mher Grigoryan emphasized the importance of the strategic partnership with France for Armenia and expressed hope that the newly appointed ambassador’s work would contribute to further deepening that partnership.
During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to further intensify trade and economic relations. In this context, the parties emphasized the importance of adopting the EU’s temporary trade liberalization measures.
