Taxpayers paid UAH 128.96 billion in military tax to the budget in January-August. This is 24.8% more than for the corresponding period last year. Then the revenues amounted to UAH 103.3 billion.
More than 2 million payers paid the military tax. The growth of revenues is an important component of the state’s financial capacity in wartime and the provision of resources for defense needs.
The largest amounts of military tax for this period were received by the budgets at the place of payment in:
– Kyiv – UAH 42.5 billion;
– Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 13.6 billion;
– Lviv region – UAH 10.6 billion;
– Kharkiv region – UAH 8.1 billion. (State Tax Service)
