From July 1, Ukraine launches an open export program for rapeseed and soybeans, designed to provide transparent and predictable conditions for agricultural producers.
Agricultural producers – legal entities and individual entrepreneurs – can participate in the program. Applications will be submitted only through the State Agrarian Register (SAR).
Applications for the current marketing year are accepted:
– For rapeseed – from July 1 of the current calendar year to April 1 of the next calendar year;
– For soybeans – from September 1 of the current calendar year to June 1 of the next calendar year.
The following conditions have been established for program participants:
– The maximum export volume of rapeseed is up to 5 tons per 1 hectare of agricultural land;
– The maximum export volume of soybeans is up to 3.5 tons per 1 hectare of agricultural land;
– During the application period, the producer has the right to correct information on the planned/actual harvest of soybeans and/or rapeseed once.
“The launch of the program for open export of soybeans and rapeseed is another step towards creating transparent and understandable rules for agricultural business. We have maximally digitized the process so that producers can quickly submit an application through SAR, and the state has an effective tool for administering exports. The mechanism provides for maximum automation of the process, without additional bureaucratic procedures and obtaining conclusions from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine,” said Taras Vysotsky, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Economy calls on agricultural producers to join the program in a timely manner and submit applications through the State Agrarian Register. (Economy Ministry)
