The Polish state-owned defense holding Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) is considering opening an office in Ukraine to further develop cooperation with its Ukrainian partners.
PGZ CEO Adam Leszkiewicz made the statement.
“Our cooperation with Ukraine did not begin just a year or two ago. We have been working together for much longer and are continuously exploring new projects and technological solutions. While we do not yet have an office in Ukraine, we do not rule out opening one in the future. At present, we work directly with individual Ukrainian companies,” Leszkiewicz said.
He added that PGZ was open to expanding cooperation with Ukrainian partners and hoped the number of joint projects would continue to grow.
Leszkiewicz noted that PGZ controlled roughly 70-80% of Poland’s defense production market. The holding manufactures about 700 types of products across seven key business areas and operates nearly 100 enterprises throughout Poland. (Ukrinform)
