Businesses in Moldova will be launched and managed remotely in a simplified way by using digital tools. The government approved at the initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization a draft law amending some normative acts Contactless Business in Moldova, the government’s communication and protocol department reported.
Thus, it is proposed to eliminate existing constraints in the remote initiation and management of a business in our country. Digital identification and authentication solutions (eKYC, eNotary and MobiSign) will be applied for the diaspora and foreign investors. Also, the procedure for the identification and initial registration of foreigners will be carried out with the assignment of the person’s IDNP without the issuance of identity documents, even if the foreigner does not enter Moldova.
At the same time, barriers to the remote employment of personnel, including from abroad will be removed, given that the national economy is experiencing a shortage of skilled labor. (Moldpres/Business World Magazine)
