The deepening of Moldovan-Azeri relations, including increasing the volume of investments in our country were discussed at a meeting between Prime Minister Dorin Recean and Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Moldova Gudsi Osmanov, dean of the diplomatic corps. The officials mentioned the importance of maintaining and developing an efficient and mutually beneficial partnership, for the benefit of the citizens of both states, the government’s communication and protocol department reported.
The official noted that the authorities were open to deepening cooperation in order to increase the volume of bilateral trade. Recean also spoke for a more dynamic interaction between the business communities of the two countries in areas such as IT, agriculture and energy.
“Several Azerbaijani companies are already operating in our country and we invite you to explore together the opportunities offered by the location of the Republic of Moldova,” said Recean.
Gudsi Osmanov said that the relationship between Azerbaijan and the Republic of Moldova was and would remain a special one, and reiterated the country’s willingness to promote the implementation of several projects on the bilateral agenda. (Moldpres/Business World Magazine)
