Ukraine boosted electricity exports to European Union countries and Moldova in the first two months of 2018 by 6.1% YoY, to 1.032 billion kWh.
In particular, Hungary accounted for 60.6%, or 624.9 million kWh, while the share of Poland was 27.9%, or 288.4 million kWh.
Moldova bought 96 million kWh of Ukrainian electricity (9.3%), Slovakia 17.6 million kWh (1.7%), and Romania 5.3 million kWh (0.5%), Ukraine’s Energy and Coal Industry Ministry said. (UNIAN/Business World Magazine)
