On September 3, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine held two meetings with business representatives: one at the Cabinet of Ministers Club with leading business associations and another at the President’s Office with the Council for Entrepreneurship Support. Discussions focused on further deregulation steps and a new framework for state-business interaction.
“We are consistently reducing administrative burdens and creating clear rules for business. Entrepreneurs are our partners in economic recovery and growth. This new collaboration framework makes dialogue systematic and effective,” said Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Oleksii Sobolev.
The new approach aims to establish a “single window” for collecting, analysing, and resolving business issues across all economic sectors, managed by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, which oversees entrepreneurship development policy.
Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalisation Oleksandr Tsybort presented tools to support the new system:
– Pulse – A single entry point for business feedback;
– Business Climate Dashboard – Aggregates issues and tracks their resolution status;
– Regular data-driven reports for state leadership;
– Digital services like ePermit, eDeclaration and the upcoming Regulatory Portal, ensuring speed, transparency and predictability for businesses.
“Through Pulse, we create a single entry point for business feedback. Issues are not lost – they are aggregated in the dashboard and become tasks for the state. This shifts us from scattered complaints to a transparent, digital resolution system,” explained Deputy Minister Oleksandr Tsybort.
The Ministry thanked business associations and the Entrepreneurship Council for their active participation. This partnership ensures deregulation is practical and effective. (Government portal)
