In July, the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with budget legislation, ensured the transfer of inter-budget grants to the general fund of local budgets amounting to UAH 10.7 billion, which was 100% of the funds allocated from the state budget for July.
They included:
– Basic grants transferred amounting to UAH 2.1 billion (100%);
– Additional grants transferred amounting to UAH 0.7 billion (100%).
As of August 1, the balance of funds in the accounts of local budgets and budgetary institutions for both general and special funds stood at UAH 163.8 billion, UAH 43.3 billion more than at the beginning of 2025.
With these resources, local authorities continue to have the capacity to fund priority needs at the local level. (Government portal)
