Since the beginning of the year, Ukrainian farmers have received almost UAH 31.8 billion in bank loans for the development of their farms. Of this, 4,700 farms received UAH 17.8 billion under the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9 state programme.
The top regions receiving the largest amount of loans under various programmes were as follows: Kyiv region – UAH 7.06 billion, Vinnytsia region – UAH 3.5 billion, Dnipropetrovsk region – UAH 2.6 billion, Kirovohrad region – UAH 2.35 billion and Odesa region – UAH 2.1 billion.
At the same time, farms in the following regions received the largest amount of funds under the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9 programme: Kirovohrad region – UAH 1.97 billion for 697 farms, Vinnytsia region – UAH 1.9 billion for 610 farms, Odesa region – UAH 1.8 billion for 466 farms and Kyiv region – UAH 1.6 billion for 354 farms.
