Agrarians of Cherkasy region harvested half a million tons of sugar beets, Oleksandr Turchenyak, the deputy head of regional military administration, said.
“Our farmers hold the agrarian front,” noted Oleksandr Turchenyak. “Our task is to support them and prepare for 2023 sowing season. After all, the issue of food security is now a priority for us”.
